Absenses and tardiness' should be communicated with your instructor at least 24 hours in advance. For excused absences, we will do everything possible to establish a make-up lesson on a different day, so we do not miss out on the weekly instruction time. If an absence is excused and a make-up is not possible, the following month you will be credited for the missed lesson. We understand that last minute emergencies can come up and we do everything we can to accomodate our students when they do. If you have a vacation planned, where you will be missing one or more lessons, please communicate that in advance, so we can plan to make-up lessons before you leave and for when you return.

We require notice at least 24 hours in advance if you will not be able to make a rehearsal. If the studio is notified 24 hours or more in advance, you are eligible for a refund OR can reschedule at a day and time that fits your availability. Cancellations between 24 and 12 hours before rehearsal time begins, the band/musician can be refunded 75% of total amount paid. Any cancellations that happen less than 12 hours before rehearsal time begins, the band/musician can be refunded 50% of total amount paid. The costs of rehearsal time can add up and we don't want you to lose any money or miss out on any practice time, so we try to be as flexible as possible. Any last minute (day of) cancellations, or no-call-no-show, the artist/band will still be required to pay for the first hour at a rate of $50. We don't want you to get behind on your recording or production schedule, so we try to be as flexible as possible. Just contact us asap if anything comes up and you may need to reschedule.

All drum sticks, mallets and specialty implements are non-returnable.
