Is there a cost to sign up as a lesson student?
There is no sign-up fee to register for lessons! CLICK HERE to visit our lessons page.
What if I miss a lesson?
Absenses and tardiness' should be communicated with your instructor at least 24 hours in advance. For excused absences, we will do everything possible to establish a make-up lesson on a different day, so we do not miss out on the weekly instruction time. If an absence is excused and a make-up is not possible, the following month you will be credited for the missed lesson.
What if I schedule practice/rehearsal time and can't make it?
We require notice at least 24 hours in advance if you will not be able to make a scheduled rehearsal. Any last minute (day of) cancellations, or no-call-no-show, the musician/band will be required to pay for the minimum time of 2 hours.
What if I schedule a studio session and can't make it?
We require notice at least 24 hours in advance if you will not be able to make a scheduled studio session. Any last minute (day of) cancellations, or no-call-no-show, the artist/band will be required to pay for the minimum time of 2 hours.
What items are Non-Returnable?
The following items are returnable only if defective OR unopened or unused: strings, reeds, tubes (amplifier tubes), earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, flutophones, "world" wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, drumheads, drumsticks, turntable cartridges, fog fluid, clothing/footwear, body jewelry, cleaners, polishes, and polishing cloths. Software/soundware, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos may be returned for credit only if they are in their original, sealed packaging. If defective, these items will only be exchanged for the same product.
